Returns & Exchanges
Our Hassle-Free Return Process
We stand behind our products like a caddy stands behind your swing. If you’re not completely satisfied, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Order Number
- Item(s) for Return
- Reason for Return
- Preferred Resolution (Refund/Exchange for specific product)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, our team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process but indicate your preferred replacement item in your request. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges may apply for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened golf balls (due to USGA tournament rules compliance)
- Personalized/custom products (monogrammed items, custom club fittings)
- Clearance items (marked as final sale at purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.
